Acupixel's cloud writes nothing to disk. During a transaction the document image and the extracted data are held in memory only, for roughly 10–15 minutes (long enough for your system to collect the encrypted result), and then they are gone. Nothing is written to an SSD or a hard drive, so there is no stored copy to retain, manage or delete.
