    Cards or passports?

    If you need passport books, begin with the GC2500e or GC2500u. The IDSnap 2000, 850DX and 960CDX are designed for ID-1 cards.

    One side or both?

    Choose the 2000 for compact simplex capture. Choose the 850DX, 960CDX or either GC2500 model when the front and back must be captured together.

    Embedded or host-controlled?
